Focuses on foundational movement patterns, bodyweight strength, coordination, balance, and basic gym skills using safe, age-appropriate equipment.

Strength & Conditioning Level 2
Builds upon foundational strength with structured circuits, introductory free-weight movements, conditioning, and proper technique.

Strength & Conditioning Level 3
A more advanced class emphasizing strength development, conditioning, athletic movement, confidence in the gym, and continued focus on safe lifting mechanics.
