Offered for kids in K-6th grade, this opportunity will provide participants a chance to perform in front of live audiences. The Eagle cheer team will get to perform during the home youth football games occurring in September and October. The focus of this program is to develop social skills, self confidence, and healthy relationships with others, while learning the basic fundamentals of cheerleading such as: basic motions, jumps, cheers and chants.
DATES: August 11th – October 14th
GRADES: K – 6th (K-2nd 30 max participants) (3rd-6th 40 max participants)
LOCATION: Turf Room
Practices: All practices will start August 11th
Tuesdays: YMCA Turf Room
3rd – 6th: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Wednesdays: YMCA Turf Room
K – 2nd: 5:30 – 6:15 PM
3rd – 6th: 6:30 – 8 PM
Game Days:
K-2nd graders will be on Sundays at the Southern Boone High School Football Field (Schedule TBA).
3rd–6th graders will be on Saturdays at the Southern Boone High School Football Field (Schedule TBA).
FEE: $55 Y-Member/$80 Non-member *Uniform MUST be purchased separate.

Participants will keep uniforms for the upcoming seasons.
*Cheer uniform sizing day TBA. Parents will pay for their child’s uniform during this process.
