Rhythm & Ride


Come ride those calories away in this fun, fast-paced workout! Burn fat, build strength and gain endurance while listening to great music and motivational instruction. You’ll climb, sprint, and train at a pace designed for all ages and fitness levels. This high-intensity, full-body workout will be a great way to start your day.

SESSION: April 3rd – 26th

DAYS: Wednesday & Friday

TIME: 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. 

LOCATION: Lee & Sherri Wilbers Exercise Room

FEE: $25/month Y-member; $75/month Non-member

Class limited to 10 participants. 

If you’re looking to try the class out, we do offer a drop in rate of $10. If you are a non-member wanting to drop in a class, you must also pay the day pass fee of $10.
