The Southern Boone Area YMCA invites you to join us for the 8th Annual Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Registration & check-in will begin at 8:00 AM, with the race starting at 9:00 AM from the YMCA. Participants can enjoy snacks and refreshments before the race, as well as cold beverages after crossing the finish line. Medals will be awarded to the top three adult and youth male and female finishers, and prizes will be given for the best individual costume and best group costume. Costumes are encouraged, so come ready to run, walk, and celebrate the season with family, friends, and your Y community!

Time: Packet pick up starts 8:00 a.m.; Race will begin at 9:00 a.m.

5 & under – Free

Ages 6 – 12 – $20

Ages 13 & up – $30

All donations benefit the Southern Boone YMCA Outreach Program which provides financial assistance to those in need.
