Formerly known as Elite Fitness, Evolve Fitness has been upgraded to offer you double the coaching, double the accountability, and double the expertise.
Led by two brand new YMCA instructors, Evolve Fitness will provide you with an enhanced functional fitness experience through circuit-style movements and exercises tailored for individuals of all fitness levels and ages using equipment such as dumbbells, exercise bands, rowers, bikes, and your own body weight.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, this class has something for everyone

FEE: $50 Y Member/$100 Non-member
Limited to 20 participants per session
If you’re looking to try the class out, we do offer a drop in rate of $10. If you are a non-member wanting to drop in a class, you must also pay the day pass fee of $10.
