A strength-based class designed specifically for girls, focusing on proper lifting technique, safe ways to build strength and power, and developing confidence in the gym. Participants will practice age-appropriate exercises, bodyweight movements, and introductory strength training in a supportive group environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and healthy habits.
