Kick off the new year with Lose.to.Win — our 8-week weight loss challenge running January 11 to March 8! This year, participants will join small accountability teams led by YMCA trainers/staff who provide weekly check-ins, team workouts, and fun mini-challenges to keep you motivated. Your registration includes FREE InBody scans, weekly weigh-ins and recognition, trainer support, group fitness perks, nutrition opportunities, and access to PT package discounts throughout the challenge. FINAL WEIGH INS: Sunday, March 8th
TIME: 10 am – 6 pm
AGES: All ages
FEE: $70 Y-Member; $120 Non-member
LOCATION: Southern Boone Area YMCA
HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS
We are using a points-based scoring system
You earn points for:
- Losing weight
- Dropping body fat
- Gaining muscle
Body composition improvements are worth even more:
- Fat-loss points are doubled
- Muscle-gain points are tripled
TEAMS & ACCOUNTABILITY
Participants will be randomly assigned to teams and supported by a trainer team-leader who helps motivate, guide, and encourage you along the way.

Over the 8 weeks, participants can expect:
- Weekly raffle prizes
- Cash grand prizes for top individual winners
