This class will consist of high intensity exercises designed to help you burn fat and gain muscle. Each participant will undergo an InBody scan before and after the session to determine the winners for Biggest Loser and Biggest Gains.

FEE: $40 Y Member/$70 Non-member

AM SESSION

TIME: 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.

PM SESSION

Instructor: Lindsay Morris

TIME: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
