Strength for Life


MU Physical Therapist David Nelson will be instructing a weightlifting class each quarter. Participants will learn to properly execute one of the following lifts – dead lift, squat, overhead press, and clean. This program is recommended for the avid weightlifter trying to ensure proper form or a novice wanting to learn safe technique.

Technique: Overhead Press

Age: 13 years and older

Session: December 18th

Time: 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.

Location:  YMCA Fitness Center

Fee: Free to Y-members/$10 Non-members
