Cycle Fit is a 45-minute cardio challenge linking the mind and body in an incredible, low impact workout focused on cardiovascular health, fat-burning, and muscle toning.

TIME: 6:00 P.m. – 6:45 P.m.

FEE: $15 Y-Member; $40 Non-member
