This past spring, more than 200 youth from the Southern Boone area participated in this program. Through a partnership between the Ashland Optimist soccer program and the Jefferson City Area YMCA, youth were able to practice at home with friends and classmates, while having an opportunity to play in Jefferson City against teams from across the area.
