Are you interested in martial arts? Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is based on the technique that immobilizes an opponent. It teaches joint locks, chokes, and the art to beat an opponent having more physical power, skill, or expertise. Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Jiu-Jitsu Gi (uniform) not included. Must have prior to addending class.

Instructor: Black Belt Mario Mejia

Session:  January 17th – February 23rd

Days:  Tuesday & Thursday

Age: Adults and children 8 and older

Time:

Tues/Thurs: Youth (Ages 8-14) 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Tues/Thurs: Adult (Ages 15+)  6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 

Location: Turf Room

Cost:

Youth $70 Y-member; $90 Non-member  

Adult $90 Y-member; $100 Non-member


Additional Options

Drop in fee (one class) – $10 Y-member

Private lesson – $90/hour Y-member 

Private lesson (two participants) – $45/hour per person
