Intro to Strength Training

This class is for kids age 10-14 and will focus on beginner lifting techniques. The goal of this class is to help participants build confidence and feel comfortable in the weight room.

TIME: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

SESSION: July 5th – August 11th

DAYS: Tuesday and Thursday

LOCATION: Southern Boone Area YMCA Turf Room

FEE: $45 Y Member/$60 Non-member
