Kick off and initial Inbody Scan:
Date: Saturday, March 28th
Time: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Southern Boone Area YMCA
Participants can weigh-in Saturday or Sunday during normal YMCA operating hours. Participants must weigh-in all 8 weeks to be eligible to win weekly prizes. An Inbody scan will be conducted at the beginning and end of the challenge to determine which participant lost the most body fat. If for some reason you cannot weigh-in please contact Derek Mordica at 573.864.0656.
