Total Body Boot Camp – Rise and Shine

This is a 6-week challenge course focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility and core . . . everything you need to reach your goals.  In addition, you’ll receive a healthy dose of motivation, inspiration, and accountability!

No class on January 1st

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Time: 5:15 a.m. – 6:15 a.m.

Location: Ashland Senior Center

Fee: $49 Y-Members
