  • Total Body Boot Camp – Rise and Shine This is a 6-week challenge course focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility and core . . . everything you need to reach your goals.  In addition, you’ll receive a healthy dose of motivation, inspiration, and accountability!
    • June 25th – August 10th
    • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
    • 5:15 – 6:15 a.m. Ashland Senior Center
    • $49 Y-member; $99 Non-member
  • Total Body Boot Camp – Evening Edition This is a 6-week challenge course focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility and core . . . everything you need to reach your goals.  In addition, you’ll receive a healthy dose of motivation, inspiration, and accountability!
