3-2-1 BODY BLAST: This 60 minute class incorporates both cardio and toning exercises into a total body workout. This interval-focused class teaches exercises that provide variety, alternate between cardio and strength building, and core to provide max results.
BOOT CAMP: A 6-week challenge course focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility and core…everything you need to reach your fitness goals! In addition, you’ll receive healthy doses of motivation, inspiration, accountability, and learn to eat smart. (Registration Required)
CARDIO FLEX: This 60 minute class is a high intensity cardio based interval training workout that will incorporate fast paced body weight and weighted lifting movements. Designed to improve cardio endurance, build and tone muscle as well as burn fat.
CARDIO MIX: A 45 minute cardio based class that focuses on keeping your heart rate elevated to burn maximum calories and target fat.
CORE CIRCUIT: This 30 minute class will help to increase your strength and aerobic fitness! Burn calories at different stations while having fun.
EVENING YOGA: A 30 to 60 minute session that offers a complete workout blending balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. Experience more than 40 postures to improve both physical and mental well-being. All fitness levels welcome. *Please bring exercise/Yoga mat.
HIIT: A 45 minute total body High Intensity Interval Training. This class is designed to increase your heartrate, burn calorie, and increase your metabolism while toning your entire body. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
JIU-JITSU: This 60 minute class will teach technique that immobilizes an opponent. Participants will learn joint locks, chokes, and the art to beat an opponent having more physical power, skill or expertise. Participants must be at least 8 years old. *Jiu-Jitsu Gi (uniform) not included.
MAT PILATES: This 45 minute low-impact, beginner friendly class focuses on developing the body’s powerhouse (core) strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The goal of the class is to improve flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back heath and mind-body awareness. Props are occasionally used and the class is suitable for all fitness levels.
MIDDLE SCHOOL STRENGTH TRAINING: This 60 minute strength training program will help young athletes excel in all sports. Participants will be taught lifting mechanics to help them gain overall strength and learn proper form to prevent injury. During this 6 week course we will discuss how to engage specific muscle groups during exercise, muscle recovery time, proper spotting, as well as gym etiquette. (Registration Required)
MORNING YOGA: A 60 minute session that offers a complete workout blending balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. Experience more than 40 postures to improve both physical and mental well-being. All fitness levels welcome. *Please bring exercise/Yoga mat.
PURE STRENGTH: A 60 minute weights based class that focuses on the entire body. By the end of this class you will have worked your muscles to their peak while maintaining a strong heart rate and having fun along the way. This class is designed to give you the whole body muscle building your desire. (Registration Required)
SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC: This is a 45 minute comprehensive health and fitness program for the active aging that emphasizes cardiovascular endurance and helps those challenged with osteoporosis. This is a strength and balance class that may include lifting hand held weights, stretching restive tubing and using your own body’s resistance, while also using your core muscles to improve balance and stability.
SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA: This 45 minute class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
SPEED & AGILITY CAMP: This 60 minute class will teach running mechanics to develop overall linear speed and change of direction, proper warm ups, technique, movement plane strength exercises, force transfer development, plyometric training, and much more! (Registration Required)
TOTAL CORE: Strengthen and tone your abs, back, and glutes in this 30 minute workout. Various floor and standing moves that will work your total core and burn fat!
