The YMCA will hold structured workout sessions for 6th – 8th graders. Athletes are required to come in on the hour at 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 9:00 a.m. for a 60 minute strength and agility workout. We will focus on exercises and movements to increase athletic performance.
