The YMCA will hold structured workout sessions for 6th – 8th graders. Athletes are required to come in on the hour at 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 9:00 a.m. for a 60 minute strength and agility workout. We will focus on exercises and movements to increase athletic performance.

Instructors: Colin Vaughan & Victoria Hoover

Session 1:  June 1st – July 3rd

Session 2: July 6th – July 31st

Days: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday

Time: 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 9:00 a.m.

Grades: 6th-8th

Location: Southern Boone Area YMCA

Fee: $50 Y-member; $100 Non-member
