Middle School Performance Training

The YMCA will hold structured workout sessions for 6th – 8th graders. Athletes will come in either before or after school for a 60 minute workout session. This will be a progressive program that will continue throughout the school year to increase athletic performance.

Session:  October

SESSION 1:   6:30-7:30 am

SESSION 2:   3:30-4:30 pm

Days: Tuesday & Thursday

Grades: 6th-8th

Location: Southern Boone Area YMCA

Fee: $40 Y-member; $80 Non-member
