Junior Tumbling

Students will learn beginning tumbling skills including forward/backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Depending on the skill level of the class, more difficult skills may be presented as well. This class is structured to include a short warm up and stretch session followed by line drills and finally a breakout session where students will work independently with help and instruction from the coach. The goal of this session is to have every student performing a basic cartwheel by the last class. Students who progress more quickly will be given more challenging skills to work on.
